Book a no-pressure intro call.
Meet with our founder, Nathan Parikh, for a quick 15-minute Zoom call. We’ll go through some preliminary questions, and if we’re a good fit, we’ll move on to step 2.
Step 2
Schedule your Digital Roadmap Session.
This 1.5-2 hour meeting is with all of the decision makers for the project at had. We’ll explore all the moving parts and variables of your custom website project – ie. who this project is for, why we’re doing it, what resources we have available, how it needs to be done, and when it needs to be delivered.
Essentially, we’re going to ensure we have answers to all the big questions, and that everyone is on the same page.
We’re going to define the success criteria for this project so we know exactly what it looks like when we’ve hit a home run for you.
Step 3
Get your custom proposal.
Using the data from your Digital Roadmap Session, we’ll craft a custom proposal to make sure we can achieve the success criteria in the given timeline.
If you proceed with us, the Roadmap fee acts as a credit toward the project cost.
Step 4
Get Results.
You’ll get added to a dedicated Slack channel so that we can be in regular communication while we work on the design and development of your new website.

Questions
How much time am I actually getting for my money?
We take a value-based approach. We ensure that our work is of the highest standards by a) moving quickly but not rushing, b) working with a team of incredibly capable people, c) following an established process with checks and balances.
What does the onboarding process look like?
Once you get started, you will receive an email with a link to your customer portal. You will also receive two invites: one to our Slack where you will have a dedicated channel, and one to our project management tool where you can submit and track tasks.
How do we communicate?
We primarily communicate using our project management platform as well as over Slack. Zoom meetings are included in the Strategy subscription and are available as an add-on to our Developer subscription.
Why Wouldn’t I just hire my own developer?
You could, but quality, process, and communication are always a risk. In our experience, it often doesn’t end well unless you have experience managing freelancers, which is a headache in itself. We remove all the risk by managing the process and quality checks for you. Also, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level developer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available).
How do I know you won’t delay the turnaround time?
Why would we? The more great work we can do for our clients, the better! Every time we deliver quickly is an opportunity to expand our brand and make you happy.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. You can cancel any subscriptions in your customer portal at any time.
