By completing this form, you agree to the following terms:
– You will receive a link to download a complete backup of the Collegiate Crest website.
– HappyWP will not be responsible for assisting with the migration of the website to another server or web host. All migration tasks are to be handled independently by Collegiate Crest.
– The business relationship between HappyWP and Collegiate Crest, including its representatives John Anderson and Adam deMalignon, will be terminated effective immediately upon delivery of the backup.
– HappyWP will no longer provide hosting, maintenance, or support services for the Collegiate Crest website.
– You agree that no further communication will take place between HappyWP and Collegiate Crest regarding the website or services rendered.
– You agree not to issue any chargebacks or disputes for any of the web design, development, or hosting services provided by HappyWP.
– Your website will remain live on HappyWP’s servers until October 19, 2024, after which it will be taken offline.
– In the event that a chargeback or dispute is initiated by Collegiate Crest, John Anderson, or Adam deMalignon, HappyWP reserves the right to immediately remove the website from our servers and issue an invoice for any outstanding balances, including chargeback-related fees.
